National Cervical Health Awareness Month

The Brooklyn Health Disparities Center will be closed on Monday, Frebuary 12th, 2018 in observance for Lincoln's Birthday.

Dr. Michael Joseph, Co-Director of the Community Engagament core of The Brooklyn Health Disparities Center, recieved the Chancellor's Award for Excellence in Teaching at SUNY Downstate Medical Center on January 13, 2016.

On March 8, 2016, Dr. Moro Salifu, Director of the Brooklyn Health Disparities Center, took a pledge with the American Cancer Society to commit to eliminating disparities in access to care.
